Hi Expert,
Our customer would like to know, if VIOWM is related with chip life span usage? If not, what does it affect? Thanks.

Hi Elec,
Thank you for your question. Our expert is out of office today due to the US holiday and will get back to you in the next couple of days.

Hi Elec,
I think the TDDB lifetime graph on page 4 of this document will answer your question: https://www.ti.com/lit/wp/sszy028/sszy028.pdf
VIOWM is related to the chip's lifespan, the stress voltage below the VIORM level is correlated with a 40 year lifespan of the driver. However higher stress voltages (>2500 vrms) sharply decreases the drivers lifespan.
