I am trying to clarify my understanding on the learning cycle requirements

Sending the IT_ENABLE command to the BQ27510 sets the QEN & VOK bits 

Followed by sending the RESET command to the BQ27510 sets the RUP_DIS bit and resets the VOK bit. is that the right action ??

that means when i start the learning cycle by issuing the IT_ENABLE command followed by RESET command. the control status register has the following bits set 'RUP_DIS' & 'QEN'

Hope that is the correct setting to start the learning cycle process ?

Please clarify ?

    Hello Dinesh,

    Yes, you are right. Sending the RESET command after the IT_ENABLE will set the RUP-DIS and QEN bits.
    Doing this will disable resistance updates during the initial discharge cycle.

    And yes, this is the correct setting to start the learning cycle process.
