TPS2553: enable pin threshold and UVLO spec question

Hi Supporting Staffs,

Would like to get help understand TPS2553 spec.

I have TPS2553 enable pin and Vin both tied to a signal.

We found the signal will rise from 0V to 0.755V.

1.) I would like to know: when the signal rise from 0V to 0.755V and the signal is tie to enable pin, will TPS2553 turn on or it is in an unknow state?

(VIH is 1.1V per spec, the spec also has " Enable pin turn on/off threshold" of 0.66V min/1.1V max, so,need help to understand)

2.) If the enable at 0.755V is turning the device on, I want to confirm that the device is still turned off as it is under "UVLO" at 0.755V?

Hi Gao,

0.755V is an unstable state. The IC is possibly to be in on status or in off status.

Hi Ziv,

Thank you for replying, there was a 2nd question:

even if the device is enabled, it should still be in power off stage as the input voltage (Vin) is at 0.755V and it triggers the UVLO condition. Is this correct?
