Hi expert,

Could you please let me know the latest BOM list for the LM5050-1 EVM?

My customer found the difference between userguide and acutual part.

D2 :  SMBJ60A-13-F / user guide ,  1SMB5942BT3G on actual board (from device marking)

How about another components?

    Hi Mukuno,

    The components specified in the BOM of EVM User guide may not be the final components used. Sometimes, due to component unavailability, components with the same parameters, ratings, size and compliance are chosen during EVM build. So, we would recommend customer to consider the 'Description' of the component rather than the 'part number'. 

    You can share customer schematics and BOM. We can review them and let you know if any changes are required.

    Thank you for your answer.

    We know, EVM components may change to anothe part.

    Customer just want to know currrent parts for latest EVM. The EVM is also used the components that they cannot see the device marking. So they can not consider about which part should replace for thier evaluation.

    Hi Muk,

    The part number of components used in each build can be different. So, to know the exact component part number, we need to know the EVM batch number, build date etc.. and also, the procedure to retrieve the component part number can be time taking. So, like I said customer can consider that the component used will have the same parameter and rating as mentioned in the 'Description' section of the BOM.
