TPS746-Q1: TPS746-Q1: FIT, FMD and Pin FMA report for functional safety requirement.

Hi Tzu, 

We currently have the FIT,FMD and Pin FMA report for TPS745-Q1. You can find it here: TPS745-Q1 Pin FMEA (ti.com). Both devices share the same die and package, except that TPS745-Q1 is trimmed for 500mA. 

It will require some time in order to get a specific report for TPS746-Q1 and it would be the same as TPS745-Q1.
