Hi Aharon,

With the current UVLO built into the device it will turn off if the input voltage gets below 2.9V. 

If you want it to turn off at a higher input voltage you'll need some external circuitry (voltage divider and/or comparator) to control the enable pin.

I can help create a schematic for this external circuitry if you'd like.
