TPS54060: Where made in?

We have "TPS54060DGQR" in our werehouse in Japan, we need to ship these parts over to our factory at Thai.
Therefor we need to know the countory of origin for those parts.

Those parts is "Tape Cut" and I have disposed of reel. So I don't have packing label...
The martking code on these parts is "8B TI 54060".
Please confirm the country of origin for these parts ASAP.

If we are unable to provide an answer on the country of origin of the device we purchased, please tell us all the countries of origin of this device.

For country origin, can you specific its meaning? if it is who you buy from, I think it is manufactured by Texas instruments which is USA company,

Can you check with our sales or Disty sales , it is more a legal question. TPS54060’s die is made in USA and assembly with package in China. So I don’t know when you want to know the original country, how they define “orignal”

I want to export these parts from Japan to Thailand.
However, we need to report the country of origin in order to export.
I need to know the country of origin for this report.

The country of origin that customs requires to be reported is the country of final assembly, so we thought "China" was the answer we wanted to hear.
