What is the maximum voltage of VILM? I want to read VILM and calculate Iout if possible. Is there a recommend schematic for current monitor?

Hi Yoonsun,

Thanks for reaching out. VILM voltage is product of ILIM*G*RILIM where G is the scale down factor for current through the device. Please refer datasheet section 8.3.6 for more details.
