LDO with current limit (=200~250mA)

Hello LP team,

Do we have a LDO which meets the below requirements?

- Vin=5.5~6.0V

- Vout=5.2V or 5.5V

- Iout=less than 150mA

- Current limit feature: 200~250mA

    Hi Shotaro,

    We don't have anything that meets those requirements specifically, but can you help me understand what your actual application need is? You are asking for an output of 5.2 to 5.5V, which is very uncommon, and the input voltage range that you specified won't support a 5.5V output unless you are at the 6V end of that range. 

    If you can help explain your application a little more maybe I can help find you a part that will work.
