Hello, I am trying to simulate DC converter TPS71H01QPWPLE. I can not find LTSPICE OR TINA model. is there a model or similar model ?

HI Ali,

Unfortunately this part was developed in the 90's, so there is no model that is associated with this device or any of the others in this family of parts.

Can you help give us your design criteria and we can point you to a more modern LDO that will have a model for you to simulate?

Hi Mark,

DC converter from 5V to 3.3V

-Left side of Converter only connected to Vin = 5V, the rest are connected to GND

-Right side of converter: The output = 3.3V

-output 1 is connected to output 2

- Sense is connected to three resisters one to output, the rest to the GND

-PG = GND

Everything else is connected to the GND

I followed the diagram which is provided in PDF page 3 at top

Hi Ali,

Got it thanks! Do you think you could use something like TPS745 or TPS785-Q1 in your application instead? These parts are much newer and will have models that are available for you to use.
