Hello Ali,

The device you show is an Analog Devices IC. You will have to ask ADI for such model.

Thanks for reaching out.

We do have devices that are pin-compatible to ADuM4400. If the datarate you need is less than 50Mbps then you can use ISO6740 and if you need higher datarate, then you can consider using ISO7740.

You can find the device IBIS, PSpice models on their respective product pages. I am copying below a direct link to the PSpice model of ISO6740, thanks.
