I wonder why would FB above over-voltage threshold, since it's fixed at 1V

Hi Fred,

FB is just a divided voltage of Vout. FB should be equal to VREF(1V) in steady state operation, but this is not true in transient, or when Vout is connected to a higher voltage source.
