TPS55340: How should SYNC pin be connected?

I used WebBench to design a power supply using the TPS55340.  I am not getting very good transient response when the load activates.  In reviewing the datasheet I noticed it states the SYNC pin should be connected to AGND if it is not being used.  In the WebBench design this pin was left floating.

What is the proper way to connect this pin if SYNC is not being used?

    Hi Robert,

    Thank you for using the E2E forums, regarding your query I would be better able to help you if you could give me your design specs Vin(min,max), Vout, Iout and Fsw.

    With that said the most accurate statements can be found in the datasheet, as you stated in the datasheet it is mentioned that if SYNC pin is not to be used should be connected to the AGND.
