TPS51219: TPS51219RTER no QC stamp

Hello,

We receive three packs of TPS51219RTER with no QC stamp on any of the label (box, sealed bag and reel), does that means they were fail to pass QC inspection?

Is it allowed to pass with no QC stamp?

Anyone can help on this? Thanks.
