Hello,
We receive three packs of TPS51219RTER with no QC stamp on any of the label (box, sealed bag and reel), does that means they were fail to pass QC inspection?
Is it allowed to pass with no QC stamp?
Anyone can help on this? Thanks.
Sam

Per TI's guidelines on "TI products exhibit a potential shipping, packaging or labeling issue" and a correction is requested. (See note on distributors above).
If you purchased the product from TI.com you should contact TI's Customer Support: https://ticsc.service-now.com/csm
If you purchased the product from a distributor, you should contact the distributor
If you can share with me where the parts are from, and send me a picture of the label without the lot information obscured, I may be able to look into it for you.
