My customer is looking for a charge pump device that matches the below requirements.

Output voltage : 24V

Output current : about 10mA

Current consumption : 1mA or less

Q1:

Do you have any charge pump devices that match these requirements?

Q2:

If not, do you have any circuit configurations that match these requirements?

Hello Yamamoto-san,

We do not have an integrated charge pump for 24V output voltage. It is possible to add further flying capacitors and some diodes to a charge pump converter, but then the input voltage range is needed for checking which device could fit.

Could you share reference materials such as application notes?

The input voltage is 12V.

Hello Shunsuke,

Sorry for the late response. We do not have a charge pump that can be used for 12V to 24V output. You could use a boost converter like LM5002.
On the other hand, if you have a switching node in the system, you can create a charge pump like in this app note: Discrete Charge Pump Design (ti.com)
