TPS76701-EP: junction to case thermal resistance value

Hello,

So I’m doing a thermal analysis on this component TPS76701QPWPREP in my system and I don’t see a junction to case thermal resistance value in the data sheet. Only the junction to ambient resistance is provided but I have no use for that. If you could help me get this value soon it would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Adam,

    Here are the thermal metrics for the 5-V version of this device; the die is the same besides the integrated feedback resistors so the thermal metrics will be the same. Units are all °C/W.

    Theta JA 40.6 
    Theta JC, top 28.0
    Theta JB 12.0
    Psi JT 0.7
    Psi JB 12.1
    Theta JC, bottom 1.6
