I made power supply with TPS54260. When i'm doing R&D testing without load it's working fine for full range(9-60Vdc). When i'm applying 500mA load @ input voltage 13Vdc output voltage dropped from 5Vdc to 0V gradually. Even after 13Vdc till 60Vdc it's happening the same. <13Vdc it's working fine.
The issue i've noticed that SS/TR pin voltage is getting reduced from 2Vdc to 0.4Vdc after 13Vdc.
I attached the schematic as well as waveform @ ss/tr pin on working condition(<13Vdc) and not working condition(>13Vdc).
