Hello Sir:

We are using Li-ION battery cell for our application but we set the LFPRELAX and DODWT bit when golden learning.

Would you please let us know does it will effect the golden learning results?

If yes, what kind of side effects we will face?

Please help to provide your recommendations for us.

    Hi,

    I would recommend against setting the LFPRELAX bit for Li-ION battery. This parameter is designed for LiFePO4 cells to avoid taking ocv measurements in the extended flat regions of LiFePO4 OCV curves. DODWT is also designed for LiFePO4 but it is fine to be set. It will essentially just prevent super large DOD jumps when relaxing in the flat region.
