UC2844: Function safety related questions: What if T flip flop damaged and duty cycle>50%?

Dear team,

My customer asking me the function safety related question about the failure mode if duty cycle greater than 50%? I saw in the block diagram our UC2842 VS UC2844 differs in T flip flop.

What if under any circumstances that duty cycle would great than 50%? Would T flip flop be damaged so that the duty cycle greater than 50%? Also would you please help provide the FMEDA file for this part? Thanks!
