When charging the battery with PMID instead of BAT, can it indicates the STAT pin?

Hi David,

If you have no battery connected at BAT pin you can expect the STAT pin to go back and forth between indicating charge in progress and charge complete due to the device automatically attempting to charge the BAT pin cap as if it was a battery. There is no way to adjust the functionality of STAT pin via I2C registers.

Hi,

Since Q1 (RBFET) is off in OTG mode for BQ25895, there's no boost current limit for PMID (i.e. OTG load).
