Hi Team,
In datasheet, I saw below words.
Below is our setup, but the LOD wasn't detected again.
1. LP8866 in normal work
2. Remove LED board
3. LP8866 LED status showed the LED open event
4. Clear bit
5. Check LED status. (We didn't connect LED board at that time)
6. LED status didn't report fault.
In step6, we expected that we could see LOD again, but not. May you help let me know the possible reason? Thank you.

Hi Team,
I used the LP8866 EVM to do the experiment, but the result wasn't making sense to me. May you help provide your comments about below results?
1. We operated the LP8866EVM and it worked well. (ok)
2. We disconnected the OUT1 and the LED status showed the OUT1 was opened. (ok)
3. We press the clear button(8866 GUI) and the LED fault status can't be removed. (The result was ok to me, because the OUT1 channel still opened)
4. We re-plugged the OUT1 channel and the OUT1 ch LED didn't bring up.(The result was ok to me because we had not clear the fault.)
5. We tried to clear the error by using GUI, but it still showed the OUT1 LOD. And the OUT1 LED didn't bring up.

For LED open fault, you need to power up again to recover it.
