Hi Eva,

The following App note explains the method to calculate the Junction temperature (Tj) using the ambient temperature, thermal resistance (RθJA) and power loss. You can find the RθJA value in the datasheet and you can estimate the power loss using the efficiency curve as explained in section 3 of the app note.
