LMR62421: Not boosting

I am using LMR62421XMF/NO regulator to boost from Li ion battery 3.7 V to 12V . I had checked the switching output but no pulsing i can see .

Also i am cascading two boost regulator . In our design first level LMR62421XMF/NO will convert from 3.7 to 12 and from 12 V LMR64010XMFX boost to 20 V  My second regulator boosting is working no issue .

Do we have any issue with cascading out put

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I want to make sure that LMR64010 can work normally if you connect a DC source to its input, but LMR62421 can't work, right?

    Could you please provide me with more detailed information about your test of LMR62421? For example, what 's output current and what's the load, it is a resistor or anything else? And could you please show me the Vout, SW node or inductor current waveforms during the startup?
