Is there a way to adapt an existing UCC27201A (SO-8 DDA / SOIC-8) PCB to fit other package footprint (VSON-9 / WSON-10) one over the other?
      This is for example possible for SOIC-8 und SON-8 (see Second-sourcing options for small-package amplifiers – SLYT744).
Could you please provide some suggestions?

    Hi Anber, 

    Thank you for your question. I looked at the footprints (example below from Altium) and even though the pinout is similar enough, there isn't enough clearing between the DDA thermal pad and the DRC pins footprint (the pins would be touching the thermal pad). And between DDA and DPR, the DPR pins would be touching the DDA pins and there would be cases where 2 DPR pins would be touching a single DDA pin.
