I am looking for Full-Bridge PWM Controller for bi directional dual active bridge topology.

I don't want to use any micro controller due to lack of software person.

can you please suggest me any bidirectional Full bridge PWM controller

My requirements are

input voltage 400Vdc

output Voltage 800Vdc

Power requirement upto 6.5kW

Presently Texas Instruments (TI) does not offer a analog bidirectional bridge topology. We do offer digital solutions using the TMS320F280049 and UCD38138 .
