TPS6594 : How to connect MSP432E401Y and Scalable PMICs GUI on PC

I am going to configurate TPS6594 PMIC NVM from Scalable PMICs GUI by MSP-EXP432E401Y development kits through I2C communication.
But connection between Scalable PMICs GUI and MSP-EXP432E401Y is failed.
I could find COM port but Device status is always disconnected.

Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Scalable PMICs GUI version: 3.0.0

Port setting on DevMgr is following.

Connection and jumper setting is following.

I connect both USBs to PC.
I don't change jumper from default setting.

Hello,

The MSP is attempting to talk to the PMIC which is not present. You must connect the I2C lines (PB2,PB3) to the I2C lines of the PMIC. In the case you are describing above the I2C lines are floating because there are no pullups on the I2C and the MSP is waiting for the clock line to be released.

I connected PB2 and PB3 and GND between MSP and EVM.
But phenomenon is not changed...

Q1. This connection is correct?

Q2. How to resolve "no pullups on the I2C"?

Th connection is following.
White:SDA(PB3) Blue:SCL(PB2) Black:GND
