Based on the UCC21225A datasheet, DT can be connected to VCCI that allow the output to overlap.
What about the input current of DT ( pin 6) when tying DT to VCCI?

customer plan to use 0402 resistor between VCC and DT pin for P2P with 2nd source, then check whether 0402 package(1/16W) is enough when design.

Hi Jack,
Page 5 of the datasheet has a table of max power ratings. Compared to that, 16W is much higher than the threshold so it is fine. The DT pin current is almost negligible when it is pulled above a couple of volts. This resistor is enough for the design.
