Please recommend a MOSFET that can replace ON-FDMC8010, the Rds(on) is required to be less than 1.2mR,
and requires the same package

    Hello Shawn,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The FDMC8010 is 30V, 1.3mΩ N-channel FET in 3.3x3.3mm PQFN. Our closest cross is the CSD17575Q3, 30V NFET in 3.3x3.3mm SON but the resistance is higher, 2.3mΩ max at VGS = 10V. We don't have any FETs with lower resistance in the same package. The CSD17559Q5 is in the larger 5x6mm SON package and is not a direct cross.
