The input is +20V. The output is +50V. The load is a capacitive load of 20pF. The signal should be clean of ripples and stable over temperature. If a reference IC or LDO can be placed in the output, its preferred. The components should be Space Plastics or Space Grade.

Can you please suggest an IC for this

Hey Arjin,

The best solution would be a discrete boost converter using the TPS7H500X-SP family of controllers
We also have a space plastic family

We do not have a space grade option that is integrated that can handle those voltages.

How come this series is possible? because i require an input voltage of 20V to be feeded to the coonverter.

Hey Arjun,

The converter can be 20 Vin and the controller can take in a different voltage.
LM117QML-SP is an option in space grade devices to take the 20 V input down to a different voltage.
