UCC28070: latch up capability

Hello,

Our customer has asked about UCC28070 latch up capability. If you have any data, please share with us.

I have checked UCC28070 Quality summary to see LU capability however it was just specified "LU passed JESD78 standard". Does it mean all of UCC28070 pins are passed +/-100mA LU test ?

One supplemental question. Would you give us all of the latch up conditions or cases. I have experienced that current sink or source stress and over voltage stress is the root cause. Could you let us know the other UCC28070 specific latch up condition in actual application perspective, if it has.

Hello Toshiro-San,

It is my understanding that the intent is for all pins to be tested for LU at +/-100mA, as per the JEDEC standard.

For your supplemental question, someone from the Quality organization would have to provide the specific latch-up conditions. To obtain that information, please go through sales support.
