LM2676: Adjustable regulator need an alternate due to availability issue

I would recommend LMR33630, it has HSOIC-8/VQFN package. You can also see LMR61435/30.

Thanks for your quick response, these two parts(LMR33630,LMR61435/30 -- Synchronous rectifiers)  we will consider for the long term solution when we go with redesign as it's package is different and design, layout need more modification than of our existing LM2676S(Non Synchronous).

 Could you suggest 1 to 1 replacement for  LM2676S-ADJ (package -DDPAK/TO-263-7).

Thanks for the suggestion, I will Look on the same, 

1) Meanwhile I have selected LM2670 & LM2673 as  a replacement. on LM2673 - pin 5 (current limit adjust) can I leave open( floating NC for my existing LM2676 so without layout change). if I leave open will I get the peak current(3A) without internal limiting?.

 2) And for LM2670 pin 5 is sync , so I can leave open as per datasheet.

Please give your comments.

But as I asked above  for LM2673 pin 5, I want to know can i leave open (the Current limit adjust pin 5)
