Can you help to suggest a solution for battery impendence test?

It's used in Automotive e-call application and need AEC-Q100.

Please elaborate what impedance test you are looking for. TI doesn't make an impedance test chip. TI has impedance tracking gauges but these are used to calculate remaining capacity, full charge capacity, state of charge etc.

If this is for end of service, the has an EOS gauge, the bq34210, which can be used to monitor how cell resistance changes over time to determine end of service.
