Here is my Battery (4S) Design requirement :
Max. Pack Charge Voltage : 16.4 ( Cell Voltage = 4100mV Max.) , EDV Fix method.
Max. Pack Discharge Voltage : 12.8 ( Cell Voltage = 3200mV max ) after that DSG MOSFET must be OFF to provide 0V pack output.
1. How many Charge / Discharge Cycle Battery BMS needs to learn its full capacity ? considering FIX EDV method.
2. I have Updated EDV and FCC. RESET IT. but even after 2 Times full charge-discharge cycle during charge it Automatically jump from 69% to 100%. Also, nearby jump we see during discharge as well.
3. VDQ and CF are already Set , See below snap. As per our understanding Qualified discharge is happening....we are discharging battery using 2A of resistive load. while EDV2 is set @3500mV.
We are not sure , where we are mistaking here....
