TUSB1046EVM: What is the TUSB1046EVM version

• Changed from the Type-B connector to the Micro-B connector for improved USB 10G performance.
• Update the PD controller TPS65987D from the RSL package to the RSH package

On the Rev B EVM, can you take a picture with better resolution? Can you also check and see if R59 is removed on the EVM?

Sorry i can't take a clear picture to you. Since the Rev B EVM can't work, we had returned it. 

May I know what is currently TUSB1046EVM version?(Pls refer to below order link) If it’s a A2 version. We want to buy 10pcs of the EVMs for bench test.

The picture needs to be updated on ti.com since A2 is no longer available. What they order from ti.com is the latest version of the TUSB1046EVM.

They can also order the TUSB1146EVM which is the our latest Type-C USB 3.2 alt-mode redriver/MUX with adaptive EQ, https://www.ti.com/tool/TUSB1146EVM.

Hi David,

We can't use other solution, since we design in TUSB1046. So we need TUSB1046EVM to verify our system function.

May I know what different with A2 and the latest version of the TUSB1046EVM? If they can work normal with A2 Rev. It has any impact when they use the latest Rev?

Hi David,

As talked with customer. Since system test is too complicated, if changed the EVM they need to spend a lot of time in verifying. So they prefer buy RevA EVM, Do you have idea how to buy RevA EVM? They can place the order and require 30 ~ 50 piece of EVMs.
