Hi team,
Could you please provide me the reverse leakage current (IREV) curve over temperature (-40 degC to +85degC) for TPS2552/3?
The datasheet only defines the data under Tj=25degC.

Itoh

Hi Kuno-san,
My customer’s target IREV is <3uA.
Could you make sure that the IREV doesn’t exceed 3uA over temperature?

Itoh
Hi Itoh-san,
Let me have a communication with our design team, maybe they will have some comment about this data.
Best Regards,
Kuno
Hi Itoh-san,
I have checked our electrical characterization data, the -6 sigma is 0.01 and +6sigma is 0.05 in the -40 degC, and -6 sigma is 0.08 and +6 sigma is 0.12 in 105 degC, so I guess our IREV will not exceed 3uA over temperature.
Best Regards,
Kuno
Hi Kuno-san,
Hi,
Could you please clarify the unit?
Do you mean the -6 sigma is 0.01 uA and +6sigma is 0.05 uA in the -40 degC, and -6 sigma is 0.08 uA and +6 sigma is 0.12 uA in 105 degC?
Regards,
Itoh
