Original parts of LM2594HVM-ADJ/NOPB, But the labels and parts looks different from the same LOT/ Tube. Any explain？

1、One label without PB-free sign

2、One label PB-free sign is wrong and E – sign is incorrect.

3、Different part marking colours in one tube

4、Different bottoms in one tube

It turns out that in this case, there may have been a label printing issue, so the material is the same but with just a labeling difference.
