Hi,
My customer is using UCC21732 and have some questions about the IC lifetime:
1. Lifetime of isolation is showed as in following figure, customer would like to know what is the specified test condition of this lifetime like the ambient temperature and the using frequency?
2. Does the lifetime of the isolation capacitor represent the whole lifetime of this IC, if not what is the lifetime of UCC21732 and related test conditions ?
3.Customer is using this IC under 85 degree Celsius ambient temperature, will this decrease the lifetime?
