Frequently batteries that are deeply discharged require some time to recover while under charge voltage. Little to no current will enter the battery. Will the 24650 regulate an output voltage if the battery is high impedance or removed? Will it produce an output voltage if no battery is present? What can be expected as far as current output capability of the charger? Pre-charge, CC, CV?
