The customer test with the BQ25792EVM, they want to test the shutdown mode, when send the SDRV_CTRL[1:0] to 01, REG11 set to 0x43, the register does not change.
From the datasheet we know that the adapter needs to be disconnected during configuration, otherwise the write value is invalid;
Therefore, when they configure, they use the battery to supply power and disconnect the adapter; This bit value cannot be changed. the other register can change normally.
Why this chip can not in shutdown mode?
