BQ40Z80: BQ40Z80 simulate SMbus communication issue

The customer want to simulate SMbus communication, they disable the broadcast mode, and adding CRC check, the probability of CRC failure is 3 ~ 5%.

The communication frequency is about 30K, the communicate waveform as below,

Hello Star,

If they increase the frequency does the error rate reduce?

If the communication takes too long the gauge will assume there are 2 separate transaction and only compute the CRC for half of the communication. Can you share any logic analyzer captures of the communication so we can check the timing and information being sent?
