I am planning to use TPS7A8401ARGRR part for converting from 1.2v to 1v @3A whether this will be working or not in high temperature as well as low temperature. Because in datasheet I found that Vin should be greater than or equal to VOUT+VDO. Kindly help me on this.

For this application you will need a separate VBIAS rail to bias the internal circuits. Do you have another 5V rail you can use for BIAS? If so, then this will work because the VIN dropout voltage changes very little when the input voltage is low, as shown in Figure 6-67, and the max spec for dropout voltage is 180mV for VIN = 1.1V. If you have a rail that is less than 5V it may work, but it is less clear from the data that is provided.
