LMR43610-Q1: How to reckon the Iq of 50uA output load

Dear Team

There is a new demand from our custom:

1.Input: 9-36V

2.Output: 6V/0.6A

3.Quiescent Current Iq must be lower than 70uA with 50uA load with output load.

From datasheet we could know that Iq of LMR43610-Q1 is 1.5uA , but how could I reckon the Iq for the above situation?
