BQ25730: Low Power Mode etc.

1. What function is operating when REGN is off?


2. How are system voltage, charging voltage, and charging current affected when input current is limited by ICO?

3. What does "For a recognized input adapter" mean?
    Are there special controls for some specific adapters?

4. Am I correct in understanding that even if EN_ICO_MODE is set to Disable, the 9.3.17 Input Source Dynamic Power Management function is still enabled?


5. What is the difference between 9.3.17 Input Source Dynamic Power Management and 9.3.18 Input Current Optimizer?

6. Am I correct in understanding that the voltage reflected in the PSYS register is the AD-converted data of the voltage output to the PSYS pin?


7. If ADC_CONV is set to 1b (Continuous update), is it correct that once ADC_START is set to 1b, it will not be automatically reset to 0b and will continue?
    And if I want to stop it, should I set it to 0b?


8. Regarding the ADC function.
    We can set Enable/Disable for each value, but is there any advantage to setting it to Disable?
    Is there any advantage by setting it to 1-shot acquisition compared to continuous acquisition?

9. Regarding the independent comparator CMPIN/CMPOUT.
    Am I correct in understanding that they operate in Performance mode, Low Power mode, and regardless of other settings?
    Please let me confirm this, since there was no detailed description only for the case of P.36.

10. Regarding CMP_DEG.
    Do you mean that the deglitch time setting for CMPIN only applies to CMPOUT (HIGH → LOW)?
    Or is it a time setting for the change to CMPOUT (HIGH → LOW)?

11. Register addresses that do not exist in the register map in the specification are listed in functional description documents, etc. (REG0x15, REG0x12, etc.)
