How to model or export spice mode (.slb file from infineon) for a depletion mosfet (BSS126) in TINA-TI software or LTSPICE?
PS: I have simulated it in Simetrix but want to know how it can be modelled in LTSPICE or TINA TI software

The simulation in the application note was done in SIMETRIX (an option in SIMPLIS). The BSS126 model was included in the SIMPLIS library so I didn't have to import any models.
Infineon provides a library of models including the BSS126.
The contents of the ZIP file is shown below. Take note of the two PDF files, which are instructions for how to import and use the models.
LTSPICE has been around a long time and has a large user group. If you Google something like "LTSPICE import model" I'm sure you'll find many more useful resources.
