When using MOSFET-（CSD18540Q5B） on Motor Control， how to monitor MOS temperature ??

now I will plan to place a SMD NTC near the MOSFET, is that right ? but may be have some error ......

is there good ideas to monitor MOS's Temp ???

Hello Robin,

Thanks for the inquiry. Using a NTC thermistor is possible for monitoring the FET temperature. It should be mounted as close as possible to the FET and will require a linearizing resistor network. You may also want to check out TI's silicon based thermistor product offerings at the link below.
