Hello, Team,

In order to calculate the output resistance, we would like to know the typ/min/max value of the Rswitch for all temperature range:

Rswitch = resistance of a single MOSFET-switch inside the converter

Hello Masaru,

As it is a very old device, so it is difficult to find all data.

But for the output resistance, you can see the following plot of Ro Vs Vin on page 7 of datasheet.
