Hi team,

For ship mode entry, I was wondering if device will enter ship mode when Vin is not present and battery is asserted even EN_shipmpde=0? 

Customer met two issues. Hope you could help~

1. when no Vin and a 4V battery is asserted, some abnormal chips didn't enter ship mode, but VPMID has a 4V voltage output, why does it happen? I thought it should have entered in ship mode, and after MR pull low or Vin apply, device will wake up. could you pls help to analyze the reason? 

2. Another issue is when no Vin and a 4V battery is asserted, an abnormal chip shows VPMID=0, Vin=1V. It seems that battery voltage go reversely to Vin pin, could you pls help to analyze it?
