UCD90910: Compatibility to UCD90124

Hi,

Good Day.

Customer is currently use UCD90910RGCT on a PCB that's in production. He is having issues sourcing this part and noticed the TI website says it has been replaced with UCD90124ARGCT. Is this a direct drop in replacement?

Would he be able to import a system file he use on UCD90910 to UCD90124? Or would he need a new system file specific for the UCD90124?

Would these two chips be seamlessly interchangeable for production PCBs?

    Hi

    UCD90910 is P2P with UCD901204A. But they have different functions so that customer can not use the system file from one for the other.

    They can keep the same PCB for both devices.
