    Hi, Kagawa-san,

    AUTO_WAKEUP_EN is to charge a low voltage battery automatically when the adapter is plugged in.  See datasheet Page 64. The low power mode is ignored when an adapter is available. You can get this answer from the evaluation of BQ25730EVM.
