HI Kygo Cheng,

What is the value of C33 ? We recommend to use at least 0.1uF capacitor.
The capacitors at the input (close to the ANODE pin) is recommended to be at least 0.1uF.
Change the TVS at input to SMBJ33CA. Please refer to section,'10.1.1.3 Selection of TVS Diodes for 12-V Battery Protection Applications' for more understanding on TVS selection.
